10 Minute Cooker Chicken
10 Minute Cooker Chicken is for the busy working individuals. Its tasty and delicious and the best part is... it takes only 10 minutes.
10-minute cooker chicken (Serves 2)
- Raw frozen chicken drumsticks – 6 pcs
- Onions medium sized – 3
- Tomatoes – 3
- ½ cup curd
- Heera Ginger garlic paste – 2 tsp
- TRS Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
- TRS Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
- TRS Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
- TRS Coriander powder – 2 tsp
- TRS Cumin powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp
- Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves – ¼ cup
- Patanjali Ground nut Oil – 2 tbs
- Cashew paste – ½ cup
In a thick bottomed pressure cooker, heat oil. Add the finely chopped onions and sauté for 2-3 min on high flame. Then add ginger garlic paste and sauté for I minute. Then add all the spices, salt, kasuri methi and chopped tomatoes and sauté for 2 minutes. Add the chicken, curd, cashew paste and coriander leaves.
Add 2 cups of water. Close the pressure cooker lid and cook on high flame for 2-3 whistles. Then shut off the flame and let it rest. When all the steam leaves the cooker, open the lid and stir once.
Delicious chicken is ready in 10 minutes.
