•          To maintain the quality of the veggies, we ship the vegetables from Monday to Wednesday. Please expect a slight delay in delivery, if a Public Holiday falls during the dispatch/delivery period.

•          For the orders (outside Germany), there might be a slight delay in delivery because of the involvement of various logistics partners. But please be ensured we prioritize your order and dispatch it at the earliest from our side. 

•          You might find a slight change in colour or texture sometimes. Please be assured it is only due to the longer transit time. We do a thorough quality check before the vegetables leave our warehouse. Hence, Get Grocery takes no responsibility for any alteration in quality/ damage, that takes place during transit.

•          Upon receiving your order, kindly extract your vegetables immediately from the main carton and store them in a cool, dry place.
