About the Product- The fruit Chiku or Chikoo, as it is called in India, is a brown, fleshy fruit with a sweet taste. It grows on the Sapodilla (Manilkara Zapota) tree and also goes by the names Zapota, Sapota, Sapodilla. It is washed, peeled and deseeded before consumption.

Recipe- Wash and peel the sapota. Remove the seeds and add it to blender. Soak Dates and Oats in warm water for 10 minutes. Add it to the blender along with the sapota and blend until smooth. Transfer to a bowl and top it with dates,nuts and fruits. Serve immediately.

Storage- To retain freshness and flavor, store it in a refrigerator.
