Mix Flour Dosa is a healthy breakfast, a mid night snack or a full meal. This is one resourceful concoction that will never let you down.

PROCEDURE

Mix Flour Dosa

Ingredients:

  • Aashirwad Atta Wheat flour – 1 cup
  • Maida – 1 cup
  • TRS Rice flour –1 cup
  • TRS Semolina (Rawa) – 1cup
  • Curd – 1cup
  • Water – 3cups
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Sugar 1tsp
  • TRS Cumin – 1tsp

Cooking instructions:

Mix all the above ingredients in one smooth pasty batter adding water gradually as you go. Keep aside for 10 minutes. After that heat a dosa pan and pour with a ladle and quickly move the ladle in clockwise direction constantly making a nice round dosa. Dribble oil around the dosa and then after 30 seconds,
flip it. Flip again after another 30 seconds. Your dosa is ready.

Eat it with honey, maple syrup, jam, coconut chutney or simply with tomato ketchup.
