An easy and quick yoghurt based chaat recipe made with deep-fried flat puri with other chaat chutneys. it is a popular north Indian chaat recipe known for its sweet, sour and spicy taste it has to offer.This chaat recipe is typically served as a dessert after spicy chaat meal due to the use of yoghurt sauce in it.

Main Ingredients:

  • Have used ready made puris works perfect for chaats
  • Spicy coriander chutney 
  • Tamarind chutney
  • Chaat Masala
  • Curd
  • Boondi
  • Sev/Mixture
Directions:
  • Deep fry puris in oil on medium till it fluffs nicely
  • Boil potatoes and keep aside
  • Beat curd with some sugar and roasted cumin powder and set aside
  • Add some curd to green chutney and mix well
  • Mix some red chilli powder and salt and keep aside
  • Prepare potato mixture 
Time to Serve:
  • To boiled potatoes add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, amchur and mix everything well 
  • Time to assemble everything
  • Take a Puri stuff potato mixture 
  • Add little curd then add onions add some more curd and both chutneys 
  • Sprinkle some chilli powder and salt 
  • Top it up generously with sev and boondi
  • Repeat same for all other puris
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
