Sweet and sour dip
An easy and quick yoghurt based chaat recipe made with deep-fried flat puri with other chaat chutneys. it is a popular north Indian chaat recipe known for its sweet, sour and spicy taste it has to offer.This chaat recipe is typically served as a dessert after spicy chaat meal due to the use of yoghurt sauce in it.

Main Ingredients:
- Have used ready made puris works perfect for chaats
- Spicy coriander chutney
- Tamarind chutney
- Chaat Masala
- Curd
- Boondi
- Sev/Mixture
Directions:
- Deep fry puris in oil on medium till it fluffs nicely
- Boil potatoes and keep aside
- Beat curd with some sugar and roasted cumin powder and set aside
- Add some curd to green chutney and mix well
- Mix some red chilli powder and salt and keep aside
- Prepare potato mixture
Time to Serve:
- To boiled potatoes add chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, chat masala, amchur and mix everything well
- Time to assemble everything
- Take a Puri stuff potato mixture
- Add little curd then add onions add some more curd and both chutneys
- Sprinkle some chilli powder and salt
- Top it up generously with sev and boondi
- Repeat same for all other puris
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds
