Sambhar is a staple South Indian dish that is deliciously sour and spicy and eaten with rice or Dosai, Idli, Vadai.
1. Blend contents of the pack in 1200ml water.
2. Bring to boil stirring occasionally. Add 2 sliced tomatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes. Vegetables like drumsticks, ladyfingers (Okra) can also be added.
3. Garnish with coriander leaves.
