Description

Vadai is a salty South Indian snack made from fermented Urad Dal dough. It is usually doughnut or disc-shaped and is deep-fried till golden brown and crisp.

Making Vadai
1. Mix contents of the pack with 220ml water to form a soft dough. Set aside for 10-15 minutes.
2. Divide the dough into small parts and mould them into the shape of a doughnut.
3. Heat oil and deep fry the Medu Vadais till crisp and golden brown. Serve hot with chutney.
