1. Mix 1 measure of MTR Dosa Mix with 1½ measure of water into a smooth batter. Set aside for 5 minutes.
2. Spread one small cup of batter on a lightly heated pan, add some oil / ghee and fry on both sides on medium heat till golden brown. Serve hot.
