Paneer Kathi Rolls
This Paneer Kathi Roll or Paneer Frankie is a delicious vegetarian Indian street food wrap. In this 30-minute recipe, paneer (Indian cottage cheese) marinated in yogurt and aromatic spices is cooked with vegetables, then stuffed inside a crisp chapattis/paratha or tortilla, for a roll that will please vegetarians and meat-eaters alike!

Ingredients:
- Paneer | 250g
- Bread/Roti/Chapattis | 4
- Turmeric 1Tsp
- Chilly Powder 2Tsp
- Garam masal: 1Tbsp
- Yogurt : 2Tbsp,
- Salt: 2 tsp
- Capsicum : Tri colour : half of each
- Jeera : 2 Tsp
- Ghee: 2Tbsp
- Ginger Garlic paste: 1 Tbsp
- Onion: 1 medium sized
- Tomato: 1 Medium sized
- Coriander
Directions
Marinate the Paneer and Capsicum in salt and yogurt along with red chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala for about ten minutes.
Heat the ghee for a minute and add in cumin seeds, once it sizzles, add in the ginger garlic paste, onions.
Once the Onions are soft, add some salt and the tomato. Fry for 3 minutes. Add the Marinated ingredients and some chopped coriander.
Heat the Bread/ Chapatti with a little ghee, add the Marinated and cooked veggies in the centre and roll the Bread.
Serve Hot with some Ketchup /Chutney.
Special Diet Information
Add Grated Cheese to the Marinade to make it more special.
