1. Validity

The conditions apply to all contracts, supplies, and products of "Get Grocery GmBH" Online Shop. Auf der Klamm 11, 76646 Bruchsal.

2. Conclusion of a contract

a) Come off the contract comes through renouncement of the customer of the entrance of notification of acceptance in accordance with § 151 S. 1 BGB by acceptance of the order by "Get Grocery GmbH" Online Shop.

b) Confirmation of Order

Once an order is placed customer gets confirmation via electronic mail about the order.

3. Refusal of orders / Termination of Registration

"Get Grocery GmBH" online Shop may reject the acceptance of orders, if

  • the customer is not reachable via telephone or email in case of confirmation of order at "Get Grocery GmBH" on-line hop,
  • outstanding accounts of previous orders still exist
  • necessary data (Payment means, address, contact information, etc.) is/are missing.
  • If terms and conditions are violated by the user. or some foul play with the system is encountered.

Termination of Registration

The Company, in its sole discretion and without liability, reserves the right to terminate or refuse your registration, or refuse to permit use/access to the Marketplace, if: it is discovered or brought to notice that you do not conform to the terms and conditions, or the Company has reason to believe (including through evaluating usage patterns) that the eligibility criteria are not met/is violated by a user, or may breach the terms of this User Agreement.

a) We supply within Europe. 

5. Prices/price increases / Discounts

a) All the prices as displayed includes the legal value-added tax. Packing and forwarding expenses are additional.

b) Price increase is only possible with timely legal notice in case conditions to fulfill the contract changes between the order payment and order fulfillment.

c) More than one discount voucher including bought vouchers cannot be redeemed in one order. Credit vouchers received against missing items, damaged, etc. can be used with any vouchers. For more info please contact our customer support.

d) Please go through the terms and conditions before buying any vouchers.

e) Ongoing promotional offers cannot be claimed after checkout. 

6. Scope of Supplynot

a) Short of supply quantity / not available

If the article ordered is not available in the appropriate quantity or not available at all, we reserve the right to cancel the order and return back the customer's money. In such cases, the customer will be informed immediately about the delay or cancellation.

b) If there are changes in article composition or deformations, which are due to the improvement of the technology and/or to demands of the legislation, as well as changes in mark or quality during the delivery time if the changes are for a conclusive reason, and the is not substantially the delivery of a modified similar article is permitted.

7. Shipment costs & Conditions : 

a) There is a standard delivery charge of 5 € for all orders to be delivered in the Federal Republic of Germany.

b) If an order is rejected by the customer or sent back to us because of the wrong address given by him/her, the shipment charges will be borne by the customer and not Get Grocery.

c) "Get Grocery" takes NO responsibility for the damages to vegetables caused during transit. No Refund would be possible for the veggies spoiled during transit to countries outside of Germany. Please refer to the delivery note for unpacking instructions.                                                                             

d) "Annual Sabji-Vegetable subscription" - Please follow the link to read T&C. 

e) "Get Grocery" takes NO responsibility for the damages to vegetables, In case of failure of the delivery attempt due to unavailability or late pick from the parcel shop. 

8. A minimum purchase order value

a) There is no minimum purchase order value for standard shipment orders.

9. Form of Order

a) Currently Orders can be placed via the internet only.

10. Delivery time

a) If the article is available in stock, the fulfillment of the order takes place within 2 to 4 working days.

11. Right of revocation/return

a) The customer has the right to return the ordered items if he or she does not like them, or if the article delivered is defective or broken, or damaged due to handling or any other reason. Get Grocery GmBH will return the cost of returned articles back to the customer after receiving the articles. In case of damaged or broken or any other reason customer wants to exchange the product, the customer has to inform Get Grocery within 7 days of receiving the delivery and then return the articles within the next 2 weeks. The customer has to bear the cost of shipment in case of returned articles. In case of an exchange, the customer gets newt replaced articles without any additional shipping charges. 12. Methods of payment

a) Payments are possible using direct debit, by Pay pal, credit card, or direct bank transfer.

c) We will dispatch your order as soon as the amount in our account is credited. Please note: If payment is not received within 7 days, the Order will be canceled.  

d) Online bank transfer

1. Kindly ensure to make the payment within 7 days. Failing which, might result in the cancellation of your order.

2. We would also like to inform you that once you make the payment, kindly share a snapshot of the payment confirmation. This will establish a speedy operation and hence reduce the order processing time.

13. Data security

a) The data necessary for the completion of an order is stored electronically. The customer hereby expresses his or her agreement.

15. Area of jurisdiction

a) Area of jurisdiction is Bruchsal or another legal area of jurisdiction as per the choice of "Get Grocery GmbH", as far as the customer is a buyer in the sense of the commercial code or a body of the public right.
